help needed in San Francisco area
My son is in San Francisco, and needs recommendation for a an indy for a simple job.
The plastic air dam in the front popped loose, and needs to be re-attached; probably needs fabrication of a couple of metal clips. This is on an Audi. Yeah.. I know, not a a diesel... but maybe someone can point in the right direction? He is near the Stanford area. Thanks.

Sounds like a candidate for DIY. Any missing clips should be available from the dealer and it's probably about a five minute job in an abandoned parking lot.

If your son can't figure it out and still needs someone to help, I have a friend who is a mobile mechanic for Ryder Trucking. He workes in the san francisco area. I will ask him if he could help. Hes a VW diesel guy, so I bet hes attached similar parts on the front of his Jettas.
Edit- Talked to my friend and sent you some PMs with his contact info.
