It won't have the mercedes glass logo, but you can call an auto glass shop and get a replacement window...I got two on my 300D, installed for 75$ each...

Edit: Looks like aftermarket pilkington isn't available. wagon rear glass is different.

Try reaching out to member vstech. I think he's got a 123 version 300TD available that he is considering scrapping.
