Creative ideas wanted
Hi,
This really good looking 80's 300TD passed by me today and I realized that one of the reasons why I thought it looked so good and unique was because it had fog lights mounted above the bumper. I have a spare pair of Cibie lights lying around that I would now like to mount above the bumper like the car I saw. Unfortunetely, I didn't have the guts to turn around and follow that car I saw so I have no idea how the guy mounted the lights. So, I thought that since you guys are such a resourceful bunch, maybe you could help me think of a way to mount these lights above the bumper (in front of the grille) without drilling through the chrome. Thanks so much for helping me with this. Alex

Maybe some sort of "C" clamp device. Check the off-road or speed shops, they might have something.
