Is there any service or cleaning required except for air filter change? There are components located inside the housing relating to EGR. Thanks. Ray

As far as I know, there isn't the egr is plugged into the manifolds themselves and should be blocked off and disconnected. I would remove the three 10mm bolts from the air cleaner assemble, and check the condition of the three mounts, seal ring from the manifold to the air cleaner and also the rubber elbow.
