Installed Position of 7g

Just make sure it’s turned right side up. That’s about all you can do. The groove around the bottom should be at the bottom when you install it.

Oh It's not hollow, meaning it has hole but its not empty between inner and outer walls. It's like nut just rounded. I see now.

Btw, thanks for this guy in NC, he placed the ordered already.

I was in there earlier today and told him that he may be getting a call. I dropped off my Bosch pop tester to have it inspected and repaired if needed. He told me today that if I provide the brand nozzles that I want then he’d install the nozzles and set the pop pressures on my injectors for $30 each. It sounded like a pretty fair price. I’d still rather do my own work. Let us know the results of installing the new DV’s.

**Bobby showed me a worn DV and part 7k is where the wear is most critical he said. That part will become grooved and pitted causing the loss of pressure.

greazzer is my go to guy for injector service, much more reasonable price and quick turnaround.
I just sent him my third set of injectors for service.
I am sourcing the new DN0SN315 nozzles now.
They are going be installed in 'Stormcloud'.

I have the set of 5 injectors pulled from 'Rena 2.0' before she was crushed.
greazzer built this set with Monark DN0SD265 nozzles.

Send me a PM if you'd like this spare set.

Injectors

It’s my understanding that he no longer rebuilds injectors. Wasn’t there a thread about that? Maybe not? I can’t find it, but I sure do remember something about that. I was sad when I read it because I had fooled around and never sent him a set to have rebuilt.
