Another speedometer issue

My 1991 350SDL speedometer and odometer quit working after it came out of long term storage. It worked when I put it in storage.

So far I have pulled the 6 pin connector off of the back of the cluster and I have 12V on one of the pins I just don't remember which one at the moment.

All of the other gauges work fine except for the fuel gauge which does it's own thing anytime it gets below 1/4 tank.

I need to know where to look for voltage and what that voltage should be. Should it vary with a change in speed? If so, what range should it be in?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Robert
