IP install... locking tool weird, teeth are off the mark.

I put the little locking pin tool into the side of my IP but noticed the teeth are not in line with the timing mark that is right behind the IP's geared input. Also, the locking pin keeps the IP from turning clockwise but not counter clockwise. (The locking pin's little screwdriver slot is horizontal to the ground.)
