Got pictures loaded!

first one is the 1981 300sd i just sold,
the tan 300d was partial trade from the sd
the blue one not covered in trees was my first 300d turbo
then the wagon and the covered blue one are going to be the new projects! 79 300td and 83 300d turbo

there were three HP ratings on the OM616...

1) Not much power
2) Even less power
3) Not nearly enough power!! 240D w/auto

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.

I have found it is quite easy to get to this stage



But to get it back moving again is a different matter!

I've worked with people who wear them but I have been told that I live in a particularly backward part of Holland.

I tried them once - were bought for me as a joke for when I got married - they are ****ing vicious on your feet. Not to be recommended.

Now if you'd showed a picture of a finished vehicle I'd have been impressed!

Lovely looking workshop. I could do with a space like that. That hoist must be a life (and a back) saver.
