Oil Cooler Leaking

I have a 1981 240D and the oil cooler hoses are leaking. I've researched some about replacement but most of the posts and pictures of w123 oil coolers I have seen have one hose at the top of the cooler and one hose at the bottom. The old cooler in my 240D has both hoses connecting at the bottom of the oil cooler. Do I need to order two bottom hoses or one upper hose and one lower hose? What will fit the best?
