1979 300cd no start please help

1979 300cd will not start, will not hit
I have added pencil plugs and relay set up
Valves adjusted perfect to specs on car
Battery is new and load tested
New alternator
New starter
Car just cranks and cranks and cranks
I checked timing marks on cam shafts with the lines matched up
The dial indicator on front of motor is between 0 and 10 going to the left.
