84 300SD reverse problems

Hey guys I put my 300SD into reverse right after filling it up with gasoline and I heard a loud noise coming from the rear end.

Is this a common issue on the 84 model?

Common issue. JB Weld will fix it, always carry some.

Gorilla brand duct tape if the JB weld doesn't stick.

I would like to clarify that this is a legitimate manufacturer defect.

Also tune in next week for "Drill Powered Walker".. but with a Mercedes, and no drill.
