Just a thought I just had.
That could possibly be caused by uneven pp fingers.

So, I had the privilege of having Josh come over and lend and ear to my noise. He thinks my fly wheel is out of spec. Its been surfaced twice. We're going to measure it tomorrow. I hope its still in spec. If it is the problem I'm going to need a 617 fly wheel

I'll still post more pics when it comes apart tomorrow. I hope its the pressure plate or something I can replace easily.

What does out of spec mean and how would it make noise?

Could be the pilot bushing on the engine side (where the nose of the transmission goes into the crank) Did one on an old Ford... Made weird noises whenever the engine and trans shaft speeds were different, like when coasting with clutch pressed, or at idle sitting still with clutch pressed. Makes one think throw-out but it sounds different.

Pilot can sound like throwout bearing...(I agree).
