I ordered a new water pump,a new water pump housing seal and gasket kit and the fan clutch. Will be in on Tuesday. Once it comes in I will take it all off and inspect it all and see what needs to be replaced.i can return anything I don't need. Thank you everyone.

Well I got all my parts in got that frankenbraket off and out of the way and realized that the water pump that was supposed to fit my car wasn't the right one. So I put everything back together and checked the bolts on the water pump and the ones on the bottom that didn't come off with the a/c bracket were loose so I tightened them and no more leak. Then went to check out the fan clutch and it was just so dirty that it couldn't function properly. So cleaned it and tightened it up and works great. No more wobble. So returned everything I bought and all is fixed.

Wow! You got lucky, though any day spent wrestling that Frankenstein AC bracket is a day of torture!
