Turbo Howl and Oil Use OM606

Starting doing it yesterday when I started driving i. Its starting to use oil and smoke at WOT. No more than minimal turbo play, and full power and boost. Should I order a turbo rebuild kit with the thrust bearings and journal bearings and all the seals? Cause it sounds like blown turbo seals right? Just looking for a second opinion. Also is it a KKK K14 Turbo?

Btw its a 99 E300
