Question Torque Spec 85 300sd

Can someone tell the torque spec for exhaust/ intake manifold ? I am replacing gasket and have the new copper nuts.

The online FSM didn't have the torque values listed under job 14-450 (Removal and installation of intake manifold, replacement of gasket) or job 14-470 (Removal and installation of exhaust manifold).

My guess is 20-25 Nm, as that is what is listed for tighten torque for the self-locking hex attaching the turbocharger to the exhaust flange under job 14-100 (Removal and installation of exhaust system)
