Hello all,
Finally getting ready to tack the rear differential bushing and flex disc job. One question I have still lingers...
when installing the bushings, the Fsm says to install the right bushing until it can't go in anymore, but the left bushing...it says to use a test arm when installing, and when the pin on the test arm is centered, stop pushing the bushing in.
The tool I bought (ktc) doesn't have this...how do I know when the left bushing is fully seated? It seems there is the chance of bushing the left bushing (but not the right) in too far. Below is the link to the relevant part of the fsm. Of course I have a back up plan of just measuring the old bushing, but I was just wondering if anyone had any other sort of work around to this. Thanks for any all help suggestions!
