87 300TD wiper washer pump replacement

Just got a new washer fluid pump ($9) from Pelican. I had the washer tank out while sorting ALDA, Acceleration/Cruise Control issues. And it runs so much better! Now I'm reinstalling the washer tank with the one new pump replaced (ignoring the headlight pump). The tank is filled above the grommet, and I've reconnected the tubes (2) and plugs (3). The #2 fuse looks good, and I gave it a twist. But it's not putting out any water when I push in the wiper wand. I found a thread where Diseasal says it just plugs in and works, but mine's not. I haven't found a DIY here, I called Pelican, but got a message saying they're closed. So, does anyone know the process or tips for trouble shooting this? Thanks
