Small puddle of coolant under the 1984 300DT this morning.

Near the front and on the passenger side there was a small (around 3" - 4") puddle of coolant on the garage floor this morning under the 1984 300DT. I checked the coolant reservoir and noticed the coolant level was a little low. So I added some distilled water to the fill line.

Any ideas where I should look for a leak? Or could this be an overflow situation and nothing to be concerned about?
