2008 GL 320 glow plug replacement questions

Ok my brother called and was going to replace the glow plugs while we were in Colorado. He got the plugs put some lady service advisor in Houston told him your have to adjust the fuel injection or you could have problems.

Sounds like BS to me. I'm guessing the control module needs to be replaced maybe, but that looks like the easy part. Does anybody have a video of the process on a GL 320?

Thanks __________________

There is a glow plug module that typically goes bad. It is located at the front of the engine IIRC.

I saw a video on that. It looks pretty start forward and doable. Glow plugs might be a problem . I don't know the mileage or when they were last replaced.
