722.427 v 722.435 differences

Hi folks,

Thinking of lining up a spare auto box to swap out sometime in the future. Does anyone know the if the two boxes are interchangeable, the 722.427 seems to be fitted to C250D five pot whereas mine is 722.435, S124 6 pot.

Couldn't see the 427 listed here but it may only cover US models?
