1985 SE W/617.xxx and oil on hub, rotor and caliper question

I changed the E-brakes and found this situation. Where did it come from and do I have to pull a bank job to get the tools to fix it?

I'd rebuild the caliper and call it a day. Looks like a minor brake fluid leak to me.

The stuff in the rotor? Probably just some axle grease that flung out.

How do your CV shafts look?
