does a 190e w201 and 300d w124 share the same seats or at least brackets?

So I have started the hunt to upgrade my front seats, starting with the driver. Not 100% sure what I'm going to use yet. I have a set of subaru seats to get me by in the mean time and was hoping to order a semi generic frame. Wedge sella some but it 100% custom. Planted sells a 190e frame but are out of stock so they said they can't measure them.

No, the distance between the seat rails and the seats themselves are wider on the W124. I tried putting my 93 190e seats in my 87 300d. No dice .

so i got an email back from wedge, if they make "generic" no holes drilled frames which they sell for the w124 chassis the seat area for mounting is 12X13. Also being generic there is no return on them.
