I have an Üro grill on my W124. Normally, I would avoid the brand, but the for something like a grill I can live with it. Besides, I could probably buy four or five Üro grills for less than the cost of the OE grill, so there's that.

Installed maybe 5 or 6 months ago, holding up fine. I liked that the color of the plastic was a little darker than stock (it was sold as a "blackout grill" but it's really more of a mid- to dark-gray).

I will say it was a little trickier to fit than a genuine part would've been. More details in my build thread here.

The only issue I've heard of them is rusting from being cheap chinese metal.

I bought a genuine w201 grille panel (not the chrome frame) from a legit online MB parts dealer, and it looked terrible too. Flashing everywhere.

I had one on a old car that came with it when I bought the car. It was badly pitted and rusted. No idea how old it was but one I got from a junkyard was much better. I would imagine on a weekend cruiser thats kept in the garage it would be just fine but not for a daily driver thats left outside.
