Probably your best bet is to ship it off to G-Pop Shop in Ark. They do great work and do so for cheaps IMO. You don't have to worry about sourcing all the parts, disassembly or assembly, or balancing, et cet.

No they are 2 full floating bearings made of bronze or brass. In the old days they were also made of Aluminum.

There is clearance between the bearing housing bore and the outside of the bearing and there is clearance between the inside of the bearing and the Turbine Shaft.
