Jake have you checked by removing oil cap your blow by?

Jake,

I think about $200 is probably a fair price for a head job to install new guides, new seats, and new seals, expect that price to go up if you need to replace any valves. That is about what I paid for just guides and seals on an OM603 head several years ago.

I paid $340 for 12 new guides, seals, boil out, and valves ground when I had mine redone. That was nearly 2 years ago now though.

Moon161, what's the mileage and did the engine burn any oil. I may be interested in the top end for the right price.

Also here's a video of a cold start... It doesn't burn much oil. I've checked the dipstick the past two days but it seems like a significant amount of oil burning. https://youtu.be/-J6f7Z1eKyw
