OM648 Motor Mount recommendations
Right mount is failing. Anyone who has changed them or know of good quality one's?
Advise.

The ones from the MB dealer parts dept. are known to be pretty good.

Engine mounts should be replaced in pairs. It's an ideal time to replace the transmission mount as well.
Use MB OE or Lemforder (OEM). Part numbers: Left engine mount: 211 240 04 17 (Lemforder 2540601) Right engine mount: 211 240 30 17 (Lemforder 3122001) Transmission mount: 212 240 03 18 (Lemforder 3387601) |

The idle has been rough lately. I have free balancing & tire rotation while there Firestone wrote that the Right side mount is failing in a nutshell that's how I found out. They wanted to do the job for about $700 (both sides) which I declined. Thanks for your input so MB or Lemforder are the ones to stick with.
