well, stupid me- i poked a hole in the gas tank without knowing in the trunk area while installing an amplifier and then went for a fill up (DUMB ME)-



ive already fixed the leak and hosed out the trunk area.

one question, is the interior compartment sealed off from the gas tank ? i know the trunk is going to smell of diesel fuel for a while, but i dont want the interior to stink.

also, is there anything else I can do besides washing out the trunk to make the smell go away ??
