The potatocam quality doesn't help anybody troubleshoot anything. Based on the (poor) quality of the video, it sounds more like an exhaust leak than nailing.

Yup, poor idle no nailing I heard. Nailing sounds like someone took a hot cast iron skillet and keeps on throwing individual popcorn kernels in it and popping them.

My vote would be on an exhaust leak, perhaps at the manifold gasket or crack in manifold, but it's hard to tell in the video. It gets smooth but loud when you increase rpm's...

It may well just be he's deleted the muffler or resonator, I did so (resonator) on my beloved 300CD because it was too quiet .
