W123 online FSM troubles

I've always wanted to refer to the FSM for maintenance on my W123s but I have never ever been able to get the online FSM to work on my Macbook laptop. I read on various forums that you need to use a Windows computer with Internet Explorer.

I borrowed my friends laptop and the website loads, however when I click on anything in the "Maintenance Manual Index" I receive this message:

Document not found!

We Apologize for the inconvenience.

Please report to us through STAR TekInfo's Contact Us Screen

Seems to me Star Tek's website doesn't have these documents anymore. I'm guessing it is the same for anyone else who wants to try:

https://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/outside/12265/?requestedDocId=12265

That being said, can anyone help me out? Are there any other websites that provide the W123 FSM? Thanks guys!

It seems to be working for me with the latest firefox on my macbook.

Here's a link to a PDF I was able to pull
https://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/outside/12265/disc_2/program/Engine/615/07-105.pdf

I've always thought that site was a pain to use and I remember at one point having to use only internet explorer in the past. I bought a used FSM and it's worth not having to mess with that crummy flash powered site.

Not sure why it doesn't work on your Macbook, it works fine on mine in both Safari and Firefox.

The pdf you provided, is that from the "Maintenance Manual Index"? Because the rest of the website works for me and I can pull up the owners manual, the engine manual ect.

The website is working for me just fine on my friend's laptop. However, when I click on "disc 2", "'81 300d", then continue, then "Maintenance Manual", and then "Maintenance Manual Index", none of the maintenance manuals work. When I click on any one of them I am left with this message:

I also receive the message:

When it worked for me I was probably looking at 240D. Yet another bug in the star tekinfo site!

Here are direct links to the active web pages for disc one and disc two that bypass the web login pages that require a flash plug-in on the browser.

The links should work on any browser.

NOTE: The active links that are embedded in the pdf pages can only be viewed with Internet Explorer.

If you copy the url for the Maintenance Manual Index: https://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/outside/12265/disc_2/program/main_81_4d.htm
and paste it in the IE browser you can open the links and view the otherwise blocked content.

EDIT: It looks like MB is not hosting the embedded lnks for the Intoduction and jobs in the maintenance index,
I do have a copy of the W123 FSM on CD and can access the maintenance index pdfs.

Send me a PM if you neeed specific ones, the largest is 1.35MB (Job 0101 Engine Oii and Filter Change) and and can't be posted on the forum.

Anyone having issues? Ive run on my macbook, using safari, chrome and FF in the past. ive downloaded lots of files from there.

Today I go on to look into the w123 FSM, and Im getting the failure messages as described in this OP.

Anyone else having successes or failures?
