This car had a Bosch battery when I bought the car. X-entry analyzer did not show a battery voltage problem. The battery was three years old. The technician at the dealer thought the battery may be a problem so I bought a new battery at Advance and took to the dealer for them to install since the car was in their shop at the time. The new battery did not solve the problem. The new battery was in the car about three months before I replaced the starter.

The Bosch battery is now in one of my farm tractors that has a large diesel engine and no glow plugs. It started a few days ago when I needed to remove some snow drifts.
