Center console shifter surround

Anyone ever tried making the shifter surround out of the ABS plastic sheets... I need one for my 240D manual.. PO cut a hole and installed another cigarette lighter... Mine just has the shifter hole and the emergency flasher hole.... Doesn't look like it would be to hard...
