Row 52 reports this morning there is a 1984 300D located at the PicknPull in Newark, CA. Medium blue in color. Appears to be a complete car.

On related note, if anybody wants the 1982 300D at Rancho Cordova, CA store, it was a well-cared-for car. The paint is still nice, so probably garaged. On July 4 (half off day), I took the p.s. gear, lift pump, vac pump, and some interior (key ring, wood console). Someone prior took the injection tubing and oil filler cap. If you want the engine, get it soon since now exposed and there is no hood. You can turn over w/ a 22 mm wrench on the p.s. pump pulley and feel for compression in each cyl as a poor man's compression test.
