Do fuse numbers on the 300sd controll the same circuits as a 1984190d

I just replaced the battery in my 1984 190d and now the heater blower motor & radio do not work. I looked for the 190d info, but 300sd's were all I could pull up on the fuse box. In the past I have had trouble with the heater motor fuse blowing. I replaced the fuse, but still no good results. In the 300sd threads I noticed something about the #11 wire to the ignition switch on the bottom of the fuse box could be causing the problem. I forgot to mention that the A/C compressor won't kick in. Could it be my CCU? I sure don't want to drive around this winter with no heat. Thanks for your help.
