I sheared my woodruff key installing the vibration damper hub, can i just use an autoparts store replacement key that looks the same, or do I need a special MB part number? Having trouble finding a p/n.

You can use any key that is exactly the right size. Doesn't need to be MB part identified. Woodruff keys just need to be snug to prevent wear.
