Is there a round rubber Bush on the top

Hi Guys ,
I’m very interested in this post as I’m about to do mine , done the front without any issues , new mounts went into place without any hassle . The photos above look different to my mount ( I’ll add a photo ) the rubber on mine looks okay but the rubber mount/ring on the top of the subframe is loose and not tight against the car bodywork but I don’t see this part in any of the photos ,would think it would come as part of new mount .
Cheers

You didnt indicate what kind of car. That certainly doesnt look like a w123.

W123 mount presses upwards (your pic looks like it goes in from the top?) into the subframe. Bullet bolt defines the seating of the subframe bush to the body.

It is a W115. Replacement procedure is essentially identical for W123's and the W114's/W115's.

The mount in the picture has a lot of material above the subframe. This is not consistent with what is used in w123 cars.

Perhaps these need to be removed and pressed in from the top?

Yup. Basically the only difference in the procedure.
