722.4 Trans busted, have a few questions..

Alright I'm making this new thread( in this link is how all of it started)

Euro w123 300d Trans slipping shocking bad in 2nd 722.405

Have a look at the pictures, any ideas on what could have caused it. Also, what is a spec on the band thicknesses? Can't find that anywhere..

Amazingly, everything else looks wonderful, no scores, burns, chips-etc. Just the planetary rivets came apart... I need to find another, maybe used to save some $..... seems it is either 123 270 14 43, or the most current number 202 270 02 43. Not quite certain which it is. I think the last number is the most current upgraded part...

Even though they look good, might not be a terrible idea to just replace them. Pulling the tranny down and apart is a ton of work....

Not sure if it’s true, but when I had my trans rebuilt last year, supposedly MB still offers full rebuild kits. No clue where or how to get them.
