By the way, the vacuum pump does not make pressure, it makes vacuum. Vacuum is measured in inches of Mercury.

The New and Improved Me (and by improved I mean having had all impurities of thought and deed scrubbed away by the benevolent derision of those so obviously surperior in their understanding of things mechanical [actually, a fairly broad swath of the general population]): "The vacuum pump attached to at the 4:00 position on the forward portion of the engine is providing inadequate vacuum for the proper functioning of all dependent systems." "Houston, we have a problem." (still shuts down slow and rough). |
