1991 2.5 Injectors

Who can rebuild injectors? I do not have the pop and pressure testing equipment.

My car has 188,700 in it. The PO blew the turbo, and the car sat for about 2 years before I got it last month.

When I had my w123, I sent my injectors to TangoFox, who rebuilt them. His pricing was good, and the work was excellent.

I still have the injectors from the w123.

Look no further than Mark (Greazzer) from this forum. His website:
https://dieselfuelinjector.guru/

He's done hundreds of sets for people on this forum and elsewhere. His work is top-notch and his pricing very reasonable.

FWIW, I owned two of these at the same time for a number of years, a 91 and a 92. The 92 had 250k miles on it when I sold it. The 91, at the time, had maybe 100k miles on it. Driving both cars, I could detect absolutely no difference in performance or fuel economy. They were, for all practical purposes, identical. And both had pressure wastegate conversion. So it led me to believe that the injectors on the 92 were still performing well.

Easier to just buy new from FCP euro. You get free lifetime replacement although that may only become relevant if you get one with a defect.
