On-Line w123 factory shop manuals available here!

Not sure if someone could link this in the stickies so it doesn't get lost?

As we know, Startek manuals have gone and even with CDs, Adobe Flash is about to go, so we need a replacement that is easy to use.

This is hopefully a more permanent solution without need for the downloads etc. Thanks to a kind soul over at Benzworld who allowed me to upload to his server.

Thank you very much!!!
I am also getting a 404 error when I click on the particular topic I’m trying to see. I’m on mobile, however.

Contrast and compare the German version with clear picture reproduction as opposed to the English version which looks as if it was shot through a plaid jacket.

I do NOT agree with wdcb20. Even at the lesser quality images, the manual will be a valuable asset. Beats the heck out of Chilton's, Clymer's, etc.

For those of us not fluent in German, having a manual that is readable and understandable is far more valuable than pristine photographs. If you're fluent in German and can use the factory manual, more power to you. For the rest of us, grainy photos with intelligible text is more useful than a crappy Haynes manual that's better used as kindling than a service manual.

People who read german and have access to german PDF's can still use Steve Nervig's index as linked in the other thread.

Hi, I noticed that the links in the maintenance jobs section of the OM617 turbo section are not working.

When I asked tonk to host the manuals, I was mainly interested in the FSM, not Maintenance manuals - I didn't even know they were there! I think I may have that section saved (my CDs stopped working) and will see if it can be added.

However, maybe this will be even more useful (maintenance appears to be right at the end. The manuals and other info can also be downloaded from this site. Download sometimes fails, but if so, just try again:
