1993 E300D 2.5 Intake manifold bolt snapped

Just wondering what would be the best way to remedy this problem?

I was thinking maybe I could get an football shaped die grinder burr tip and grind away at the manifold studs.

From there I should be able to remove the intake manifold and I should be able to drill out any snapped bolts.

The car originally had injection pump delivery valve leak and one working glow plug...

Once the bolt snapped we kinda just gave up but now we decided to give it one last shot.

1 bolt snapped why not unbolt the rest of the bolts then deal with the snapped bolt?

I forgot to add one is snapped and two or three are stripped. So it's worse than I thought.

I'll remove the return lines and carefully apply heat to the rest of bolts
