W124 300D. Will LHD front end parts fit RHD?

Hi guys,

My 1989 W124 300D is in need of a centre drag link and new tie rods.

It is a right hand drive and my question is will left hand drive parts fit it? If I just swap the sides around?

Can’t seem to find anything on it.

Any help would be appreciated.

IIRC yes it will, except for a few parts like the steering gearbox and I think the pitman arm.
