OM617.952 Intake Breather

Hi All,
I busted the tee on the breather pipe for my 84 300TD Euro. This has the unique routing where the breather goes under the air cleaner housing. I'm looking for the tee that goes into the Intake Tube pictured below. Does anyone know where I can get the p/n for this?
