how to ID speed sensitive power steering

I am looking at potentially having to buy a new steering rack assembly for

2006 E320 CDI

I see that options included or not here make a difference in the part.

Can someone advise on how to Id this option in my car so i can get the correct part please?

If you have a wire connector at the pinion gear
If you run a quick test and PML ecu shows
If you run your vin thru https://www.mbdecoder.com/ it may show as an option
