W123 Steering Box Swap-Pitman Arm Won't Come Off

Title says it all. I'm changing out my steering box and the Pitman arm isn't coming off. So far I've destroyed three Harbor Freight 2-jaw pullers and an O'Reilly Pitman arm puller. What next? Conical Pitman arm puller? Disconnect the Pitman arm from the other end and take the box somewhere to get the arm taken off? Apply heat (probably not a good idea since it's hella oily and I don't want to set it on fire.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Use the conical puller. Do this, mid size hammer, rap on the outer most part of the arm
near splines, not a dead blow hit, a vibrating hit, could poss. use a air hammer.
Now install puller and tighten some, now strike the bolt of the puller a few times, not enough to damage puller, tighten puller a small amount repeat.
Has always worked.
Some heat could help, Use caution!
Use a good quality puller!
