1985 300TD 722.4 B2 Transmission Piston questions

I have purchased an abused 1985 300TD wagon with the 722.4 transmission. No forward gears, but has reverse. The vacuum pump did not work and many vaccum lines were disconnected. They drove it until it would not go forward. I replaced the vacuum pump with a used one and got back power brakes and the car now shuts off with the key. It still has no forward gears. I removed the B2 piston and it was the kind with the plastic to allow for better movement. It was intact, but I'm not sure that the dog bone push rod was in its socket. Can these get knocked out of position? The B2 band seems to be OK. I can push where the b2 piston push rod contacts and I can see movement of the band and it has good resistance to being pushed.
At any rate, I need part numbers for the 722.4 B2 servo piston, the seal that is inside the smaller bore in the transmission, and the larger orange o-ring seal that is inside a grove in the larger bore.
The part number stamped on the B2 piston is 201 277 00 38. I have had no luck finding this part number. can find the parts for the 722.3 transmission with ease, but not the 722.4? Any help would be very welcome.
