w140 speedometer still not working (93' 300sd)

I've already checked the front left speed sensor as JHZR2 mentioned earlier. It seems to be working fine.

Is there anything else it could be?

The clusters are knows to go bad. Does yours have a mechanical odometer or digital (which would imply it was replaced).

Seems like a harness issue. Do you have an FSM with troubleshooting? Have you used the zsmaster site?

Mine is digital. I redid the 14 wire engine wiring harness. Unfortunately, I mixed up some of the wires (pins in the wrong spot) and don't know what way they went.

I haven't seen the zsmaster site.

I do not have a manual. I wish I did, but they seem to be kinda of hard to find.

I've also checked the general basic module (the one closest to the windshield on the pass. side). It has three fuses and the one labeled F1 blows instantly.

I bought an electronic w140 FSM from ebay and had it instantly.

I bought an om602 manual and had it in less than a week.

Zsmaster.com has a lot of the w140 troubleshooting manuals online. It goes through what and where to test for continuity that will allow you to remap pins and sensors/electronics.
