OM642 help

My 2008 E320 had the dpf removed and sent out for cleaning at 255k miles and on the road to my current mileage 270k miles I’ve been fighting intermittent dpf codes. In between this mileage I’ve replace the EGR, PCV, B60 exhaust backpressure sensor, b28/8 Dpf differential pressure sensor and a manual regen between oil changes.

Current error codes:
3148-001 Ash content of diesel particulate filter, ash content too high
3006-001 exhaust backpressure downstream of dpf, b28/8 engine protection
2940-002 boost pressure control via throttle valveNegstive control variation closed major

The freeze frame values for the ash content change every time the error code is deleted. What could be going on? The dpf sensor is new could this be due to a bad turbo actuator ?

Thanks in advance

Are you in a state that enforces compliance with emissions?
