Lubricant for parking brake parts
I’m going to replace the rear hoses, calipers, pads, and rotors on my second (new) 91 350SD. The calipers are totally seized.
I want to lube up the parking brake assembly while at it. It seems like the right product for the run points and star wheel may be silver anti seize but I’m not 100% sure. What do you use? Also what do you use on the pins that hold the brake pads? It has been many years since I’ve done brakes on a Mercedes, and I don’t recall exactly what I used.
