Do you smell it underhood when the engine is hot? I’ve had cars that didn’t really lose any, but you could smell that antifreeze odor from the miniscule weeping.

Sorry I missed this post yes the oil cooler is water cooled as is the power steering fluid and the egr system is also water cooled. No dip stick so can't easily inspect the oil for coolant intrusion.

That’s why I said you’ll want to do a UOA.

Try to get a better photo, it’s hard to make much out of the one hosted here. Host it at a third party site like imgur so we can see a larger, higher quality shot.
