Which is Best om603 inyector nozzle for WMO
Hey peachparts hivemind,
I would like to change inyector nozzle on om603. I would like to run wmo. What nozzle is best. Monarch from ************** is german made and seller describes it as ideal for WVO. The bosch are indian made now and it appears quality is down. How about firad and bosio? Thanks |

The key to grease IMO is heating it and thinning it a little
603s are normally 314s. I ran ELSBETT nozzles for a while. I think Alec is still around. Not sure where those nozzles are made, however. I would steer clear of any chinese made nozzles |

i would also like to run gravity fed WMO filtered at 1 micron with a sock in an om603.
i would thin the WMO with 20% gasoline before filtering though. i thought stock nozzle for om603 1987 300sdl is 265. monark 265 are available from Kent bergsma. elsbett injectors nozzlea are expensive, on the website its like 92 usd for 1 inyector nozzle. firad 314 is another option. is a bigger inyector nozzle like a 314 better for alt fuels than a 265? dtp also sells nozzles made in germany. who is alec? i live in a climate with annual temp.average is 85 Fahrenheit. i could thin wvo with petrol like 10 . is wvo less harmful than wmo? |

Alec runs or used to run ELSBETT
I would not run black diesel or WMO. There’s no real way to clean it I would thin your WVO with diesel and no more than 5% RUG I would run your grease through a centrifuge to get it down to the submicron level. Otherwise your flirting with problems |

Plus a two tank system with a solid purge period. WVO only makes sense for long highway trips, 15 or more miles each way
